Xmas party in london???

Question

I have been voted into organising my department's xmas knees up. (lucky me!!!!) Anyone sgot any good suggestions for bars/resteraunts or clubs????

I know a great Italian restaurant called Sale e Pepe, check their website. I've always had a fantastic meal there, great food, lovely atmosphere and great value.

Depends whos paying - if its the company then get yourself to Jamie Olivers Restaurant and onto a club of some sort after.

If you lot have to cough up yourselves - how about going on the thames - they do dinner and a party on a boat along the thames.

Or have a look at the link on the sources thing I have put in, might get some inspiration from there. Depends what the people are like who you work with

Maybe you could rent a boat on the thames for your do...there are some nice ones and its different from being on dry land!!  Have fun

Browns is very good; there are a few about. I've been to the one at Old Jury in the city and the one overlooking the Thames near Tower Bridge. Good food at reasonable prices and friendly staff

Sway bar on Great Queen Street in Holborn was where we went last year.

The food was really good and downstairs they have two very posh bar/disco areas. Obviously it's free entry to the club section if you're eating there. I recommend it. Clean, efficient and swanky.
