Xp slow startup, loading your system settings?

Question

My computer lets thet loading your system settings page load for 30 seconds before it goes to the desktop, is it suppose to take that long?

How can I make it load faster?

I had also so many crashes I didn’t know what to do. I thought maybe a virus had taken hold, but after three virus scanners it still wasn’t working! I was so frustrated. A guy at work told me  try to Download registry easy. I am sure glad I did. It solved my problems and got things working again. So i suggest you to also to download registry easy.
