Pastoral farming (also known as grazing in some parts of the world) is farming related to livestock rather than growing crops and other fodder. The livestock usually graze on naturally-grown grass and other vegetation. Nearly all of the beef produced in Argentina is grass fed. They have some of the best grass fed beef in the World. So that part of their farming could be called pastoral even though the farmers also may raise a lot of grain for sale.
