Xps 1210 Suggestions for Parts or good Sites?

Question

How can i upgrade my Xps 1210? do i need to get parts directly from Dell or is there a site with parts that will work as well. I've been playing CS:S, Half Life 2, WoW, Far Cry for the past few months on all high settings, but with so many games coming out this fall i think it would be safe to update it a little bit, mainly for Far Cry 2.

Any good sites,stores for Ram, Graphics Cards etc. (that is trust worthy)

Check out the dell link given below. External components one can get it anywhere. But parts like memory get it directly from dell, they have a lifetime warranty.
