ive bin havin troubles sleepin, around 3 am to 5 am i finally fall asleep. usually its when im alone at night, my mind rushes so many suicidal thoughts into my head and it gets so overwhelming i start to twitch and talk to myself tryin to get back to normal...it feels like its somethin thats just in my head, not anything serious, but i havent been able to stop the thoughts, i ignore em, but its so annoying. how can i get my sleep back?

  1. got the same problem but i jus listen to music thats slow n my mind concentrates on that n alows me 2 go to sleep stay away from upbeat songs


  2. It is a good idea to get up and and have a warm drink and perhaps a biscuit or a peice of chocolate.

    These foods contain a natural sedative.

    Twitching and tossing around is never helpful.
