No, I thought she said her mom dated a guy like the Guru, except the Guru (meaning River/Lowell) was sober.  Meaning the guy her mom dated was a drunk.

Yes I did catch that. I wonder if that is going to open the door for Amber's mom to show up in GC too, and around the same time River shows up? Wouldn't that be something if Amber and Micheal and Kevin were related. lol
