Y&R: Eyal Podell (Adrian Corbell)????

Ok guys this is about Eyal Podell (Adrian):

He has been bumped to Recurring Character which means we wont see him as much as we used to. The Head Writers say he may be able to come back to Full time when he has a good storyline going. Right now though his is to dry and boring. He is saddened by this because he wanted to one day be one of the main characters on the show.

So what do you guys think???

I am VERY happy about it because I hate Adrian.

Thanks.

  1. I'd like Adrian to come back strong.

At the moment he has no story so it is good they don't just give him scenes for the sake of giving him scenes.

  2. I really never liked him ..He always seemed to have a dark secret.

  3. I so agree...too bad they didn't take "Chloe" with him...I can not satnd that person...

  4. I think Adrian came on the scene mainly to deal with the Brad and his mother's Art dealings. After that s/l went downhill, it's like Adrian was just hanging around and trying to fit in, so l think it's a good idea he takes a break till something more interesting comes along for him. With me whether he comes back or not doesn't matter because he didn't bring anything special to the table.

  5. His character was boring. :~)

  6. i agree with you cory,i don't feel this is a big loss at all,i thought he was a very  boring character and i didn't feel he really contributed anything to the show,oh well i'm not sad to see him go!!

  7. the last few times i watched i noticed that the guy didn't really contribute anything to the show. the only big thing he ever did was colleen (joke). i am surprised they didn't write him out sooner. if he were smart he'd do like the actress that played maggie sullivan and leave for better jobs.

  8. I think I would rather look at adrian then this colleen she is so horrible.

  9. I am Happy about this as I never liked him and he doesn't have much of a storyline.

  10. I started to dispise Adrian when he started his relationship with Colleen and he had his little fling. As a teacher, I found that to be extremely unethical! His character is now  very dull &  boring. Any Chloe news? Now that's one person I really hate! LOL

  11. I like the actor, but they gave him nothing to work with. And I agree that he's boring with this Colleen

  12. I hate the fact the Eyal Podell (Adrian Corbell) will be off the show for a while, but I never did like his storyline, they should have taken Colleen with him.

  13. He never interested me so that's a good thing.

  14. I agree that they made the right decision to take him off contract, I think once they recasted Colleen there was no reason to keep him around... he didn't have chemistry with the new Colleen and really is not connected to anyone else in town.

That said, I didn't hate him as much as you did and I sort of liked that he was a different type of character than we usually see on soaps, and I liked the actor - they just had nothing to do with the character, story-wise.

So, no, I won't be shedding any tears over the fact that Korbel is essentially gone.

  15. I agree. He is Boring and so is Colleen.

  16. Adrian's storyline was dead in the water. Not teaching and writing for Restless Style? Dull! I can't imagine they'd bring him back.
