As long as Smiling Jack makes money he doesn't care about the outcome until he is called on the carpet then we get the standard "I'm sorry", "I know better", "I didn't mean to hurt you", "I didn't think you would mind", or some other lame excuse. Jack will get in bed with Gloria and work for Jabot and he will be found in contempt then we will get the "I'm sorry your honor, I know better, I didn't think the court would mind and I know it was wrong but it was my dad's company."

Well isnt it illegal for him to own Jabot anyways thats why he has Ji Min do his dirty work before? Im sure even if they come through and get the company Kay and Jill will find away to s***w him over once again.. He doesnt deserve the company he is NOTHING like his good ole dad. I hope John's spirit comes back to crack some sense into his son.

Well maybe he is going to figure a way for Jabot to get back in the family. I know that he will probably team up with Gloria and Jeff to buy up the stock. They are bringing Ashley back full time to the show, so maybe Jack is going to get Ashley to take over Jabot so that it will be back in the family. With Ashley, Jack, Tracey,Gloria and Jeff being stock holders and buying up all the stock, and putting it all together they could make Ashley CEO of Jabot.
