Y&R: Jeff and Glo... from the pool house to their own wing at the Abbott mansion?

Question

Today on Y&R Gloria mentioned to Jeff in passing that they're part of the mansion was being renovated, and that she thought that it might be a good idea to get a room at the Club.

Did I miss something? Have they moved out of the pool house and into the Abbott mansion with Jack & Sharon? Did Glo have a chat with Jack and did he agree to let this take place or am I reading too much into minor dialogue?

I love Glo & Jeff and I always thought it was fun when they were mixing it up with Jack & Sharon in the mansion...

I caught that to and was wondering the same thing. You'd think with all their money they would get their own house. :~)

I must have missed that part today somehow.

If I am remembering right, a few weeks back, some time just before the gala I think, Gloria took Jack aside and asked if her & Jeff could move into the house, but I don't remember why, just that it made Sharon angry that Jack gave in to Gloria and she made him promise her that they would be completely gone from the mansion before Noah came home.

It might have been because the Pool house was being redone, but I am not sure.

Sorry I can't help you more, but I have been wondering why Jack let her and Jeff stay there now that they are married anyway.

They can certainly afford a place of their own, so why wouldn't he have kicked them out then?

I thought the same thing when I heard them talking about that. I thought they were maybe talking about the pool house. With all that money you would think they would get a house of their own.

I thought when Jack found out Gloey was the mysterious Cassie cause donor he and Sharon pathetically  agreed to let them stay in the pool house. They unhappily agreed the dynamic duo could stay until Noah came home from his unrealistically long grow 5 inches in one summer camp session, I'm surprised they're still there (and remodeling) unless I am the one that missed something?  Maybe someone else has a more solid answer for ya.

I heard that too and wondered why don't they buy their own house?  I don't know about the writers sometime??

Nikki just bought a house for her and David, I wonder what she'll do w/it?

I don't think they are moving into the Mansion,,,,they are busy renovating the pool house. I love Jeffery & Gloria and wonder why she feels the need to live with Jack & Sharon<  woulden't it be nice to have a 'Wing' in the house you live in??? But on;ly if there is a person to clean these 'wings'. lol,,,my four bedroom is hard enough to keep uP with>

He's doing it for "his father's sake". Glo and Jeff have more than enough money to afford their own mansion. why are they still "shacking up" in a pool house?!

I was wondering the same thing when did they move out of the pool house and what made Jack so soft towards Gloria and Jeff all of a sudden, maybe it is because they said that they would let to put all of their shares with his and put him back at Jabot.

I think they are staying on at the pool house, and Sharon told Jack today that finally it was ok  with her ,they  also have a room at the club after all they have the money

She said their wing of the Abbott property...so I believe that still means the pool house.  Gloria is still very much in love with John Abbott, and this makes her feel closer to him by being on the property he dearly loved.  She and Jeff brought up the take over to Jack with further details to ensue and I believe that chat is going to take place today.  I think it would be AWESOME if they did that!  I would love to see Jill knocked down a notch or two.  I am not 100% team Gloria but I am 0% team Jill.
