Y betta bloobs in the tank?

my betta fish is making jelly blobs atached 2 the rocks in his or her cage what are they???

HIS cage.

  He is making a sort of egg-nest.  Ideally a female would lay her eggs in this nest and he would fertilize them.  Please don't try to put a female in the bowl with him though, this should be left to professional breeders, chances are he would just kill her.

  It's actually a good sign that your fish is happy/healthy if he is making these nests.
