Y do ppl considder fish as not an animal?

lik its ok for vegitarians to eat fish but fish moved around and u have to kill them to eat them

Vegetarians do not eat fish.  Pescatarians do.  But anyway, all people are ignorant in some way.  Some people believe that mammals are the only animals out of pure ignorance.

fish lives in water whereas animals breath on land..fish is not vegetarian though

Fish belongs to the animal kingdom, therefore it is an animal.  anybody who is not considering fish animal is just delusional.
