Y do ppl drink pepsi max or coke zero?

it just tastes like total c**p. Water + some acid + food colouring. Then they tell u "nah man it tastes the same as normal coke. YEA OK.....Mr Got-no-taste-buds. If ur so worried about ur health just stop drinking coke all together and drink some water.

Coke Zero tastes closer to the real thing than anything else I've tasted. But I still prefer normal coke.

Yes, water is great...but sometimes you need something with a little flavor and carbonation to get you going.

haha I'm with you!  My grandmother is the biggest diet drink pusher....went to her house and she said want a coke?  I said sure!  So she gave me some coke zero instead b/c thats what she actually had and it was SOOOO gross!  I was like mamaw why didn't you tell me this was diet?!  Then she said she had sweet tea (we are southern, lol!) so I said give me that then, and it was sweetened with splenda, just as gross! She swears its better for you but for 1 it tastes like c**p, and 2, the fake sugar stuff has been proven to cause all kinds of neurological disorders, I'll have the occasional coke for the flavor, but I'm a water/tea gal most of the time!

lol they drink it cuz it says "0" calories...

regular coke is actually much healthier because it has normal sugar in it. Coke Zero has lik artificial sweetener which is really bed for your health. They think its a diet drink and they're stupid :)

Caffeine addiction... and habit... obviously.

That's my excuse.

I mean forget the aspartame risks of diet, sugary drinks leave syrup in your teeth and feed bacteria and cause acid erosion. Diet drinks like above do the later but not the former as "the acid content" in diet drinks for the record is mainly due to carbonic acid generated by carbonated water... that's in every "fizzy drink" I think including beers and champagne and so on, (maybe not dragft drinks as they use inert nitrogen gas instead)
