Y the h**l people seem unreal to me ?

i've been experiencing these odd feelings lately and it increased sometimes like now . whenever i am around ppl, i ask myself who they and what it means they exists and i wonder if they r real ...

wat should i do ?" is there treatment

There is no solid answer to this, only assumption that is available. You may live your life properly to this unreal world or you can try living the rest of your life trying to find out how unreal the world is. Are you a spiritual person? or a free thinker?

Maybe you feel that some people are just not worth your time.  It could be from you education level, financial situation or just anything (like the topic your talking about at the time)  I think sometimes people don't have common sense anymore and it aggravates the c**p out of me.  But I have to put it aside and deal with me instead of them.

I'd get to the point of of by going to a physician, they will make an appropriate referral if need be. If you are using any drugs this would be a good time to quit.

It seems the same to me. But you have to trust someone at least.

E.g  If it's a boy and tells he likes you, you can tell a ill think about you and test if he is real or not.

At once, humanity is both the most real and unreal concept we can grasp (without years of hard work).
