Anybody know y ance only appears on your face. If so please give me some answers. Thanksssssssssss

You can get acne anywhere on your body that has pores.  Some places are more common than others like your face, neck, back, ect.  The reason you get acne is because oil from your skin combined with dirt and other grime builds up in these pores which is what pimples are.

They don&#039;t - you can get acne down your back and chest as well.  Probably the places you don&#039;t wash as often.  And yeah, this isn&#039;t an astronomy question.

1) The oils that come out of your pores are to protect your skin from drying out in the Sun. Your face back chest and shoulders have the most oil because they are the parts of you most likely to get direct sunlight. The oils collect dirt and grime which make it into your pores and produce acne.

Acne happens when the pilosebaceous unit, which is made up a sebaceous gland, a hair follicle and a hair - essentially, a pore &#039; stops working properly. Because we have more pores on our faces, necks, shoulders and chests, these are the places where acnes breakouts tend to occur.
