I don't really get it either. He should e competing for a smaller title, like the US title, not the WWE title.

I have no idea. I guess there wasn't enough big names to just announce the participents like they did on Raw and they had to do it this way. I hope it goes down to HHH and Jeff. Neither Jeff or MAtt have had a singles title like that and both are long overdue.

It is the right time to give him a big push as a singles performer. Remember Edge?

Kendrick's career is going just like how Edge's went. Well, perhaps not that impactful as Edge and Christian team was, but Kendrick and London was a relatively successful team with their fair share of tag team title victories and reigns.

I think Kendrick has a lot of potential to be a singles performer and in a few years time, he would just be like what Edge is currently. in other words, I think he is a successor of Edge in WWE and he, with several others will be those who save WWE's *** from stiff competition from other promotions such as TNA which is blossoming as the days pass by.
