  1. Because whether your information is not correct and you are entering it correctly, the credit card is expired or you don't have an account with that credit card.

    Maybe the card has been reported as lost or stolen. Make sure you are entering the info correctly :)


  2. call your credit card company. if there is a problem with  yahoo taking money I bet it isn't yahoo's fault.
