its most likely because when you were riding yesterday through the desert an extremely rare mexican dry-mouth frog jumped up on your bike, startling it,  and causing it to pee into the engine and its drowned out the plug

...no but seriously...there are a million and one reasons that could be keeping you from getting a spark. more info is needed
