Y!360 problems (i can't invite friends)?

Question

ok so every time someone invites me to be their friends i never get the invitation or, and also when they post a comment i get an e-mail saying they posted it and then when it gives me the option to go look at it and when i click on it, and when i get there i can never see the comments, why can't i be invited? and why can't i see the comments? PLZ i really need the help it's a matter of life or death, well not really but it's really important :p
