Y!A 360 avatar question?

How long do I have to wait for my Y!A 360 avatar to work? While it loads do I have to be using it to make it work?

Sometimes this option is so badly messed up that no one can really tell you when it will appear if it does appear at all! You have to have it as your primary id image over at the 360 and then over here at Answers you have to choose it as your id here .. and then just wait for it happen..

You probably know about the transition that is supposed to take place sometime in my lifetime I hope of the new profiles and the 360 to be deleted already.. but in case you don't.. the reason all this stuff is so messed up is..We are losing our Yahoo 360 accounts very soon according to the Yahoo product blog you can access by going to this link:

There are many problems that will not be fixed by Yahoo on the 360, and they are getting worse each passing day.

I urge you to go to the product blog and read the information for the last three postings by yahoo about all of the changes that are coming to us soon.

Again, the exact timing is unknown for each individual. It could be immediately, days or weeks. Please follow the instructions from my answer to your previous question.

You will be without any picture on Y/A (blank, grayed out, messed up...whatever you want to call it). That means you have to be using it - it will be blank image in Y/A and in Y!360 it should be selected as the primary image (unless you've uploaded only one picture). Eventually, the image that you see in 360 should appear in Y/A.

Yet some people never see an image show up. You can always post a bug report (or piggyback on other's bug reports) on the issue at the Y/A forum if you don't see the 360 image on Y/A in one or two weeks.

I'm still seeing your Yahoo! Avatar on Y/A, so it's apparent you haven't tried this yet.
