YAHOO 360 IMAGE HELp?

I uploaded a pic to yaho 360 and checked to use it but it wont show up

Yes i know i have the default av, but how do you get it t show up?

It had the no photo icon.

Whoa that is some answer up there.. TMI huh? lol... but good info on there also.. but you just want to know how to get a photo of your own as your ID photo in the 360 correct?

Easy as it can be.. follow me..

Go to top of any of your 360 pages and you see the tool bar there..  choose your MY PAGE..

Look  above your id picture  there is  the option Edit Personal Photos.. click it

On the page that comes up click the browse option in any of the bottom three slots.. do not try to use the first one.. it does not work.

It will open a popup to your MY PICTURES file and choose a photo that is the jpg file format and not over 5 MB in size.

Go to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.

It will take you back to your MY PAGE where you click the Edit Personal Photos option once more and beside your uploaded picture or under it will be an option that says Primary ... click it and once again go to the bottom of the page and save it..

You are done.

If you want to use your 360 photo as your Answers Id photo.. just go to your profile here on Answers and click the EDIT PROFILE option and choose USE MY 360 Id AS MY ANSWERS ID..

and then save it ..

I gotta warn ya though friend.. the putting the 360 id over here or anywhere .. even on the 360 has been a nightmare for months.. it is a major glitch or bug.. or insanity generator.. lol.. until they get this new platform thing up and running.. I am afraid it is not going to get better..

Upload your picture(JPEG format) maximum 3 pictures into your personal profile in yahoo!360.Select one photo as your primary photo.

Then go to My Q&A page and edit your Info and select your yahoo!360 picture as you wish to appear.

Incase you need step by step guide, here is how you can do it

-on the My Q&A page, click on the [Edit My Info]

-on the PICTURE section, click on the [Get my Yahoo!360 account now]

-yahoo!360 home page will appear, on the right side, click on [Get Started]

-confirm your identity and click [Continue]

-Click [Start My Page]

-Create a nick name and click on the [Continue]

-select anyone or simply click on the [Continue] to skip

-Enter any information you want or simply click on the [Finish] to skip

-Now your yahoo!360 page is created and you can see your name on the left. Click on the [Edit Personal Photos]

-click on the [Browse...]

-Choose the picture in your computer you want to upload.Take note: Only JPEG picture

-make sure the directories is appeared on the context box before you click on the [Save] at the bottom

-It will take little while to upload your picture. Just wait.

-Your yahoo!360 page will appear again, click on the [Edit Personal Photos]

-you will see your uploaded picture, click on the [O Set as Primary]

-At the bottom right, click on the [Save]

Now it is done on Yahoo!360. You have to activate your yahoo!360 as your picture in your personal profile in yahoo!answer. The steps below is similiar as to activate your avatar picture

-go to Yahoo!Answer page

-click on your name

-you will come to My Q&A page

-click on the [Edit My Info], located near to the little blue box

-on the PICTURE section,you should able to see your uploaded picture

-select [Use my yahoo!360 picture]

-At the bottom of the page click on the [Preview]

-At the bottom of the preview page, click on the [OK]

when you're done, click [SAVE]
