YEAST INFECTIONS.... Has any men out there ever had one and if so what did you do to get rid of it.

Some yeast infections are very hard to get rid of... but there is an old remedy you can try... Permanganate of Potash crystals dissolved in warm water and bathed on the affected area will give instant relief and in time will cure.  

Warning... it is very messy but Grandma knew best.  My father had both arms covered with this infection and after bathing the potash mix on them had to wear special sleeves cut from old shirts with elasticated tops sewn onto them to avoid the purple stain going onto everything he touched.  He was a new man after the treatment.......

Men DO get yeast infections, they just don't have symptoms. They are the ones that give it back to us girls. If two people are a couple and the female keeps getting a yeast infection then the male should be treated too because he keeps giving it back to her.

The way to get rid of yeast infections for the males is to eat natural yogurt or take Acidophilus pills daily. You can get the pills at any Drug store.

Men can get fungal infections in groin or under n*****k. Lotrimin cream should do it. I think you need meds to get rid of it. To prevent keep area clean and drink and eat yogurt and take acidolphlus.
