YIM alias and opening a 360?

Question

Ok so I have an alias I use more then my default nick but I don't want to make my alias my default nick.Can I open a 360 under the alias solo?I did try and it sent me to my defaults 360 page.Just curious if there's away to bypass this without having to alter my alias nick.

Attach your other Yahoo! profiles to your Yahoo! 360° page, so you can collect and share content you've created with these other profiles in one convenient location -- your Yahoo! 360° page. Remember, you can always control who sees what content.

you will see your alias there. put a check mark in the box besides your alias & a check mark on the circle underneath that says this: Select as primary. (Your primary alias is what others will use in Yahoo! 360° to contact you via Messenger.)

You can also activate : Activate my Simple URL  putting a check mark on that box.

JUST HIT SAVE and exit the panel. and refresh your page.
