YOUTUBE VIDEO CONVERTING?!?!?

Question

okay so i want to upload a video from my microsoft movie maker but youtube says i have to convert it into a .WMV FORMAT. ?

but i dont know how to do that? please help (:

what im asking is how to convert a video into a .WMV format!

The easiest way would be to download a video converter program. I know of one fairly easy free program that I have used before. It is called BADAK. The link will be provided below.

Just thought of this also. Have you exported the movie in movie maker as an actual video file yet or is it still in a Windows Movie Maker format? You can export it as a video by opening up your finished product with movie maker, going to File>Publish Movie. Then save it and let it do it's job.

This should work if you haven't already done this.

MSWMM is not a real video file. It's a project file.

Import it into wmm and save it as movie in Pulish panel.

Shortcut:

CTRL+P  save as wmv movie.

CTRL+S  save as mswmm project file.

If u want to get high quality video for youtube,

U can save the video as AVI on Windows Movie Maker.

Then convert to high quality flv video with E.M. Youtube Video Download Tool.

At last, upload the flv video to youtube.
