is it illegal to download videos from youtube adn put them on your ipod?

i have also download songs from imeem.com using "DownloadHelper" addon for firefox and converted the files to fit in my itunes library

IS THIS ILLEGAL??

Nope.. i'm sure they won't bother if a million people download and put it on their ipod the same time...Its not illegal... trust me...

To watch the movie in the first place you must dl the .flv file from youtube into a temp folder. So if it is illegal then youtube is providing millions with illegal footage, so Youtube would get in trouble. as for you I do not know the law, but do not worry. I doubt anyone would prosecute you.

No. And even if it were, the FBI or the FCC wouldn't give two s***s about what a kid downloads off a website.
