Still messy in places, their best game is yet to come. Ireland better bring their Sunday best when they play next week. Just goes to show drive and determination can get a  team a long way. Pumas are doing great and right now they're riding on a wave and they really believe in themselves and each of their team mates . . . However if they were to come against the AB's I think they'd become indimated by the idea of playing them, confidence would dive and AB's would win by 40 point margin . . . That's my opinion.

they are a team that shud never be underestimated. over the last decade they have shown and proven that they are at an incredible and crucial turning point wiht regards to there overall performance. its certainly a shame that they are not part of the nz- aus - sa, tri nations series which if they were they wud offer more competition to the existing three. perhaps the tri nations could take on a form such as the team which does not make the finals is relegated the following year allowing the other team to come in or summink like that or better still all 4 nations battle it out. The Pumas look good and there preparation has been solid and consistent.

As an avid rugby fan, itold a lot of people before the tournament started that they were the dark horses to win the competition and i still believe this. Indeed my nephew took my word after he asked me and backed them to beat france at 7/1! He made over £100. I still believe it is the all blacks tournament to lose but beware the pumas. They are a well balanced side and in a one off game you just never know!

As an Ireland fan maybe I am a little optimistic in my answer.  I agree with some of the other posts re guarding the quality play and spirit shown to date from the pumas, especially against France.  Although I feel they are still an erratic team who when there tails go down or they start to concede points their game can falter dramatically.  Fair play to them for getting to the position they are at present but with Ireland slightly pissed with newspaper write ups and slander towards individual players I think they are going to produce the game of the world cup and qualify to the knockout stages.

For a team that rarely play together, they are doing well.

There is still work needed to improve their game, but judging on current form, they should take on Ireland without any fear!
