YUGIOH Cards Help!!?

so i'm makin a yugioh deck so i can play with an old friend and i needs to know which card(s) is the one that negates high attack monsters, i think i remember one but i forget the name. So my question is which card(s) negate or not allow high attack monsters to attack? (or not take on damage.) Thanks!

gravity bind is a good card also the mask of restrict is another.

Gravity Bind and Messenger of Peace doesnt allow them to attack and Level limit area B switchs them all to defense mode.
