A yacht is not defined by its size.

boats/ships are relative sizes.  And there are many who argue just when the transtion from Boat to Ship ocurrs.  

still, a Yacht is a private pleasure vessel.  there are small yachts 20' or so and large ones over 200 feet as youve shown.

if its a commercial vessel, then you get into the Boat/ship thing.  generally you can fit your boat into your ship and take it with you.  I guess, my dinghy is a boat, so then I can haul it aboard my yacht when I go offshore.

It is the Eclipse. She is 482 feet, owned by a Russian billionaire.

It is 111 feet long. I was on it at the London Boat show. You should have seen the hostesses....yummy.

I told them I was mostly into Sailboats and they took my arm and walked me around trying to convince me to go luxury power. hehe

Lots of Champagne and caviar...nice boat.
