Yaesu FT-990 ham transceiver has

Yaesu FT-990 ham transceiver has display and panel lights flashing=no RX or TX. Had same problem 2 years ago and was fixed by PLL board alignment . Repairer no longer does FT=990.Anyone know of reputable servicer for the FT-990 , especially someone who can repair just the plug in card and not have to send entire transceiver? It required longer and longer warm up before lock on but now it just flashes. I put my card in a friends same model and no help. Put his local/Pll card in my rig and all is perfect again. Any source for usable local /PLL card?[e-mail] AC4EY
