  1. Try contacting their support..


  2. You installed or indirectly installed a feature called DFX that enhances audio.  Maybe, you got it with WinAmp.  The DFX package has a free trial of 30 days and expires.  Jukebox is just a victim.  Look in add or remove programs for something with the name DFX.  If you can't find that, uninstall WinAmp.
