Yah toolbar, Finance header: can build portfolios, cant access them often, usually get build/edit screen?

I had no trouble building two small prtfolios, but when I try to access and read the streaming changes, the 'Add/Edit' screen comes up repeatedly. Occasionally the 2 portfolios option displays, usually followed and covered by the 'Add/Edit' screen. Rarely does the list of investments come to the screen. Why not?

It's weird, but you have to move your mouse over the portfolio tab and hold it there until your portfolios that you built show up.  It's a pain in the butt, but if you just click on portfolio, you get the add/edit screen instead of a list of portfolios that one logically might expect to see.
