Yahoo 360 degree Personal Photos question.?

Okay, so I know how to Browse my pics up upto that Personal Photos place at the left corner. But I wonder why only my looks weird. It's like the maximum for that photos place is 4 but my max is 3 only. Or even if I only put up 1, yes, it does show the photo but also it shows a box and inside it is a white small square inside, and inside that white box is a red x at the left corner of the 1st box. There's always this thing in my photo place, I hate it. This thing is not in my friends' photo place, and they can put 4 photos in there and don't have that stupid box. Please, tell me what the heck is that thing, why is it there and how to ignore it ( the box ) out of my photo place? I'll choose the best answer with 5 stars. Thank you, everybody. ( English is not really my first language so then I hope you can understand me, sorry for troublesome. )

You are not alone. This happened to my old Yahoo! 360 account and now I am only allowed to use 1 picture and the other 3 options just have the same picture as yours (the one with the red "x" at the top). Unfortunately, this is just one of Yahoo!'s failures and there is nothing we can do.
