Yahoo 360. how can i am not able to recieve friend requests?

How come I don't recieve friend requests

when people send them to me on my 360? it used to work for a while, now

all of a sudden im not getting requests any more. Like people ask why i

havent accepted them as a friend, but i got the request. how do you fix this?
