Yahoo 360 pic now showing up?

i have a 360 account, chose a pic from the computer, and clicked to use my yahoo 360 picture but its not working. what am i doing wrong?

A lot of users have posted as having the same problem with the 360 avatar. Yahoo have started major updates to all of its servers, the avatar will show eventually some report waiting 2-3 days before the avatar shows. so try to be patient.

I just changed mine on my 360 account. It's not showing up either. Maybe there's a lag somewhere. I'm gonna wait awhile.
