Yahoo Auctions cant verify my credit card?

Question

its been almost more than half a year since u tried to set up an account to sell on Yahoo Auctions Singapore. But it keeps telling me that they cant verify my credit card when i've check with my credit card company that, there's no problem with my card.

Its been quite awhile back even before the recently resumed yahoo auctions...does anyone faces this problem??

Yahoo auctions has been down for about 2 months and no one knows if they are going to fix it  or not, most people are betting that they are closing it/
