Yahoo Avatar Help?

I need a kinda step-by-step guide on how to make a yahoo avatar.I have before but when I save it it doesn't put it in my avatar picture slot.

go 2 http://avatars.yahoo.com/ click on each tag at the top of the page and design ur avatar

The Yahoo 360 is experiencing a lot of bugs in the pages now days.. we have been informed by yahoo that they are changing to a new profile platform in the near future and most of the bugs in our pages will not be fixed.
