So i created my avatar and I saved it but it won't show up.

Alright, let&#039;s go through the steps again:

While logged in, just go here:

http://avatars.yahoo.com/ to Avatartown

Make sure you pick your gender, then select the appearance tab, choose your hair, eye colour, skin tone and style...

Then go to apparel, and dress it up any way you&#039;d like.

Keep watch in the Preview window on the left, and save anything you&#039;d like in there until you&#039;re ready to make your final decision.

Make it you! :) Yes, hit Save. It is supposed to be permanent, until you make any changes.

Then return to Yahoo Answers and click on the button that says &quot;Use my Yahoo avatar as my picture&quot;.

Save.

*Pls. note - Since the New Yahoo Answers Interface has changed, your avatar might just appear and disappear.. I&#039;ve found if you refresh the page, it loads the avatars once again. And it should be there immediately, but as they&#039;re fixing things, it may take up to a couple of hours. It&#039;s not you. We just have to be patient.

*So make sure you&#039;ve also clicked the radio button that says &quot;Use my Yahoo Avatar as my Pic&quot; also, Save..

And give it a few min.&#039;s.. Should come up soon.

Have you highlighted your avatar. That&#039;s probably what it is.
