Question:

Yahoo Currency Converter?

When I click on "edit content" for the converter on the new and improved myYahoo, it goes straight to "email content" instead. Has anyone figured out how to change it yet?

I kept refusing to switch to the Beta because of this, but now my original page is not accessible. There does not seem to be a way to contact Yahoo directly with help any more.

  1. You don't put the currency converter in the "Market Summary" module anymore.

Go here: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=CADUSD=X or here: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=USDCAD=X

Under the chart on the right, it says,  "Add USDCAD=X to Your Portfolio". Click on that and it should add the conversion to your portfolio.

To add your portfolio to My Yahoo, go to the portfolio page/view. In the bottom of the right column, it says, "Access your portfolio on My Yahoo!, Yahoo! Toolbar, and mobile phone." Click on the "My Yahoo" link.

Once you do that, you can drag it to the right column on your page or leave it in the centre. You can drag it further down the page, too - wherever you want.

(I agree that it stinks not being able to contact Yahoo for help and we have to do this Yahoo Answers junk.)
