Yahoo Currency Cross Rates For Personal Website?

Im building my personal website and i would like to embed the

"Major Currency Cross Rates" Table or "I want to convert... " table from the Yahoo website into mine. It must also dynamically update whenever Yahoo does. The link for the website is : http://finance.yahoo.com/currency

Is it legal with Yahoo ? And more importantly, How do I do it ?
