Yahoo Customer Service?

Question

I have attempted 4 times tonight to reach Yahoo! Small Business Technical Support at [phone]. They said they are open 24/7, but after the recorded message says I'm being transferred to an associate it rings a couple of times then goes completely silent. I've been holding for over 10 mins without any noise, music, recorded message etc. NOW it just disconnected the call!! Any one know what is going on?
