Yahoo Customer care?

I want to contact Yahoo customer care directly with a question that doesn't concern abuse or a tech matter but can't find any e-mail address to do so.

So do they have an e-mail address for general use?

it depends on what area the question is based on. if it's at all related to Yahoo groups, you'd use the Tech form anyway.

each area has their own form, like groups and Yahoo mail, use the one that's related to your question
