Our Leader database will require about 26 fields. This would mean 3 databases "co-joined". Dont know how to do this, and my concern is that they will be seperate tables requiring someone to go into each of them and update them. Would you need a name field in each table? This reduces the usable fields in each table. Is there ANY way to increase the fields for a database?

  1. You could build an extendable table to suit yourself using Word on your computer and storing it elsewhere on the internet.  You could set up a website for free on Yahoo's Geocities. http://geocities.yahoo.com/

and upload your table from Word.  Then on your group site, in the Links section, make a link to your website.  When your ladies need to update data within the table, they would just go to Links and click on your website link.

  2. you can make your own database in the files..
