Yahoo Domain Name Server - Can't update!!!?

Question

I am trying to update my Name Servers to ns1.domainname.com

and ns2.domainname.com, but its giving out "Unable to

process your request error" when I am trying to clicking on Submit button after editing the name servers.

However when I tried to reset my Name servers to default, its

working fine. I have done the testing from two PCs on

different location. One in Riyadh(Saudia Arabia), and one in US

and both results the same.

I have tried with IE, Firefox and Maxthon, clearing all cookies, tried with and without proxy too, but in vain. I am trying for 2 days now but still the same error.

I have emailed to Yahoo support but its about 36 hours and no response from them either.

Can anyone plz help me out how could I update the name servers for my domain???

Hello Khurram,

The problem you are describing usually occurs when a customer is in the process of transferring away from Yahoo.

They initiate the transfer and then while it is pending transfer, they try to change the nameservers.

And are unable to.

If this is not the case, you should try to contact Yahoo Support via email at [e-mail],                      I'm sure they will be happy to help with your problem
