How do I get players on the league and teams?

It's confusing me. It says I need a league's draft.

I don't know what that mean. Can someone help me?

The draft is either live, auto, or online. In live, someone writes down all the players you want and assigns the players. When it's autopick, wait a few days for the computer to pick for you. When it's live, you have to go to your league home on the specified time and date. Then, you go to your team and click "enter live draft". There, you wait until it's your turn and you have 2 minutes to select a player, but only when the player is available. Kind of like the drafts pro teams do on rookies from high school and college.
