Yahoo Go 2.0 download and install "say" they are successful, but the app does not appear on my phone. HELP!

AT&T/Cingular 8525 phone. I previously had Yahoo Go 2.0 installed, I wanted to update to ver 3.0, and chose to uninstall ver2.0. 3.0 is NOT for my phone, yet, and my attempts to re-install ver 2.0 indicate success, but the application does not show up among my programs.

On your Mobile browser

go to

http://m.yahoo.com

There should then be a link that will tell you what version is available for your phone and you will then be able to download it again

Check under File Manager

Another thing you can do is download Yahoo Go to your SD mini card and then install the app from the card.  I have it on mine as a back-up

I have the same thing and Just did it if this doesn't work for you I will think of some other things I can do to help-OK Just get a hold of me if you like

If you are unable and rather not use Yahoo GO there is a couple anternate programs I found, I couldnt wait to share.
