Yahoo! Go 3 Beta for India?

I have Yahoo! Go 2 Beta. Yahoo! Go 3 Beta has been released. I am able to register for the link to be sent my mobile. But, nothing happens after that. My question is:

(1) Is Yahoo! Go 3 Beta available for India?

(2) If it is, when is it likely to be available to download?

No, it doesnt look that it is available in India

not even available for all phones in US

Right now Yahoo Go 3.0 is available for "certain Phones" ... and they will continue to make updates.

I have been trying to follow the yahoo mobile news.. even this was a surprise!
