Yahoo Go will not allow me to use the built in keyboard on my HTC Mogul smart phone by sprint.?

Every time I try to use the slide out keyboard it defaults to the characters and numbers even though it's set to use the alphabet keys. The only option I have to enter text while using Yahoo Go is to use the stylus and the on screen keyboard. Does anyone know of a way to correct this? I've tried all the standard keyboard options to switch to alphabet keys and Yahoo Go overrides it.

i know what you are talking about, but sorry to say it this way, Yahoo GO has NOTHING to do with the settings - it's these stupid PDA's... I have the same sort of problem, We just have to get used to using the keyboard ... It isnt Yahoo GO at all.

Just keep practicing with the keyboard and you will master it in NO time!
