Yahoo Group application process is not working, why?

I have people trying to join my group but if they are denied one time, they are not allowed to re-apply and I need them to re-apply when the first denial letter goes out. What is going on with my Yahoo Group?

There could be a problem with the way the page is set up.  I would recommend getting in touch with a Yahoo Groups customer service representative as well to see if they can help try to figure out what could be going on.
