Yahoo Groups e-mail subscription won't change, getting both digest and individual e-mails.

Question

I am a Co-Owner for a group and I have a member who is having problems with e-mail subscription. She went from individual mail to daily digest and it didn't do anything. She was still getting every single e-mail. She unsubscribed and then re-subscribed to the group and now she is getting every e-mail AND the daily digest. I have gone in and tried to change her settings and it's not working.

Any ideas on what to do??

generally, that change never takes place pronto- give it 24 hours and if it still doesn't send digest, have them send the help form- unsubbing and rejoining probably really threw her into a famous Yahoo glitch
