Yahoo Groups - why am I receiving multiple copies of posts?

I am receiving duplicate copies posts from one of the groups I subscribe to. And I'm receiving posts from another group *in triplicate*. This only recently started happening: how can I stop it? I tried switching from individual emails to digest, and now I get multiple copies of the digest version.

it's a server glitch, hard to say on whose end but you can start with yahoo and report it

You may be subscribed to the group with two (or more) different email addresses, one or more of which you have set to forward to your primary address. You have unsubscribe with the additional addresses.
