Yahoo Mail Mobile Beta is not good (with reasons why). How can I get Classic?

Anyone find the link to revert to Yahoo Mail Mobile Classic vs Beta?

Reasons why the new Beta version is a joke:

a) It does not show you the number of unread messages in each folder...I mean, that is GROUND FLOOR, basic email functionality. You can view "All Folders", but they don't tell you what is unread in any of them from the list view, forcing you to enter each folder manually to see new messages.

b) "Check Other Mail" has PLUMMETED! It used to allow you to select which external account to check, and would report new messages (and the number of new) or "No new mail from..." Now it does not tell you what happened, and it checks ALL external accounts at once, but does not give any feedback, does not go to the associated folder, and STILL does not show you the new unread messages in the Folder list.

I can't stand it. Yahoo Mail Mobile used to be my killer app which I Ioved/used all the time. This new Mail Mobile Beta is terrible. There MUST be a way to switch back, right?

OH I WISH!!!

I am so frustrated with this also, why oh WHY would Yahoo stick us with a Beta version with no classic until all bugs are worked out?  Ygo2 is also not working for me. I can't even configure my phone for receive text alerts. The phone model is not one of the choices. I tried a suggestion to use AUDIOVOX but that didn't work either.  

So here we are, no notification of incoming mail, no unread message indicator, what do they think we have all day to check each folder??  

If these issues are not corrected, I have to find another email service, this just bites!

i too do not have an answer but i just wanted to say that the new 2.0 blows! it won't sync my calendar and not only that but the email count is always wrong on my treo.

I dont have the answer and sure wish I did.  This is terrible.  I cant even find a decent help answer.  I want to switch back too.  We can switch back and forth on regular email, why not mobile?

I'm annoyed by the fact that when reading your emails, Yahoo Mobile Beta mail only shows the email header plus a short part of the email body. When you go to the next part of the email, you see the header again and a new (very short) part of the body. This makes me have to read even short emails in 5, 10, or even more little parts. (BTW: this is something that just changed recently )

This is exactly my complaint.  Without the Unread Messages count on my folders, Yahoo Mail becomes almost useless to me --- cause I don't know if I have new mail!!!!!

Ugh, just put Mail (Classic) back on the menu.  Please!!!

I agree.  I have filters set up in my Yahoo mail so that mail is delivered to certain folders.  With this beta version of Yahoo mobile mail, I now have to scroll down and open each folder in order to know if I have new mail in them.  With the classic version it would show the number of new mail items beside each folder name.  This SUCKS.  If this is the beta version, why are we FORCED to use it?

Granted, 2.0 is "prettier," but has far fewer features than 1.0, but 1.0 will be deactivated on August 20th, 2007, so there is no use hunting for the application...it won't work.
